This sparked an interest which continues to grow to this day, with his focus now mainly on breakbeat (progressive & nu skool) but also on downtempo & trip hop, ambient, drum and bass and house genre’s.

He started mixing music in the early 2000’s and  hosted a night radio show for 4 years which focussed on the above genre’s..further building his passion for electronic music.

As one of the people behind listenup.za.net, Matt likes to drop a few mixes on the site now and then to make sure things keep rolling.
